Our June dance starts with Bill teaching a lesson from 7:30 – 8:00 pm and then the dance floor is yours until midnight. We are looking forward to seeing everyone again, and catching up on all the news. Our Saturday dances take place upstairs in the Legion in Burnaby and are lots of fun with Romeo, our DJ, playing wonderful music for you to dance to on our beautiful sprung hardwood floor. The admission price is $15.00 which includes refreshments along with coffee and tea. We will be offering a self-serve bar where you may purchase a pop or juice for $1.00.

For parking, please come upstairs to receive a parking pass if you are parking in the legion parking lot. Parking is also available in the two city lots at each end of the lane behind the legion. These lots are free and the 2 hour parking limit is not enforced. Also you can park in the Safeway parking lot and there is lots of free parking on the street.
Next Dance Cruise
Our next adventure on the Celebrity Constellation will be coming soon. We will be sailing July 19 – 31, 2012 which is only 5 months away. Avoid being disappointed - time to stop thinking about it and join us before it is too late and you are left waving good-bye to us from the dock. The cruise ship is almost full and we have a wonderful itinerary planned. This will be a 12 night Scandinavia & Russia Cruise leaving from Amsterdam, Holland and visiting Berlin, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; Helsinki, Finland; St. Petersburg, Russia (for 2 nights); Tallinn, Estonia; Copenhagen, Denmark and back to Amsterdam, Holland. Of course, complimentary dance lessons with Bill will be offered during the cruise on our days at sea. Bill teaches for 2 hours each day we are at sea and teaches both Beginner's and Intermediate dance steps. Along with meeting all the wonderful people joining us there is lots and lots of great music to dance to in the evenings.
Our group has started to grow with the booking of several couples who will be joining us on our cruise. Inside cabins are at a premium so put a deposit down to hold a cabin. This cruise has very limited sailings and the ship fills up fast. Don't be disappointed – book now and look forward to a great summer cruise in 2012. We are being told that the ship is close to 80% filled so if you are thinking of joining us now is the time.
